Shipping
We ship across the UK only.
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Spend over £50 and shipping is free. Need it quicker? A Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade is available at checkout, usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery times are a guide, not a guarantee, and can run longer during a drop or a busy period.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 28 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund.
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We don’t offer exchanges. Our pieces are limited drops with no restocks, so once a size sells out we can’t replace it. If you need a different size, return the original for a refund and reorder while stock lasts.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Use a tracked service, because we can’t refund what doesn’t reach us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days and email you when it’s done. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something turns up faulty, or we’ve sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days and we’ll sort it, including covering return postage and a full refund where needed.
How to start a return
Email support@padelclub247.co.uk with your order number and the item you’re returning. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don’t post anything back before you hear from us.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our 28-day window gives you longer than the legal minimum. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
